Weekend rates are $10.00 extra per day. Cancellations require a 30 day notice. Deposits will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. Deposits made for all Holiday and Winter/Spring Season reservations are non-refundable. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Small pets are permitted in the 2 bedroom units with prior agreement. There is a one time $50 pet fee per pet. Payment may be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MONEY ORDER, CHECK or CASH. Date of present rates: 10/28/09
