Weekend rates are $10.00 extra per day. Reservations for 1 night stays must be paid in full upon reservation. Cancellations require a 30 day notice and will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations inside of the 30 days or for early departure or late arrival. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit. Check in is at 3 p.m. and check out is at 11:00 a.m. Our office is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. Guests checking in after 6 p.m. must contact the office prior to 6 p.m. on the day of the reservation. Pets are permitted in the Cottages and the House with prior agreement. There is a one time $50 pet fee per pet. Smoking is not allowed in any room. There are designated smoking areas throughout the Resort. Smoking in the rooms will result in a $100 charge. Payment may be made with VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, MONEY ORDER or CASH.
